The best gluten-free cookie ice cream sandwich!

Ingredients

1 bag of Whoa Dough Ready-to-Bake Sugar Cookie Dough

1 pint vanilla ice cream
-
Chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F
Let the Whoa Dough cookie dough thaw until softened
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving the cookies 2 inches apart
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
Let the cookies cool before placing one scoop of ice cream on half of the cookies and then spreading down. Then sandwich the other cookies on top and roll the sides in chocolate chips
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in freezer for at least 1 hour
