Strawberry Pop-Tart Inspired Cookies

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Let Whoa Dough cookie dough thaw until softened.

3. Place cookie dough on baking sheet lined with parchment 2 inches apart and press down on each cookie to flatten.

4. Place 1/2 teaspoon strawberry jam in the center of each cookie then fold in sides and re-shape into a rectangle shape.

5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

6. Remove from oven and let cool.

7. While the cookies are cooling, melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

8. Spread white chocolate on to each cookie and top it off with red sprinkles.

9. Enjoy!
